The crypto market shows a bullish sentiment as the leading asset Bitcoin retraces above the $100k mark. In addition, the top ten altcoins are displaying a robust bullish momentum as Cardano and Tron lead these gains surging by 16% and 9%, respectively.

Furthermore, the crypto market cap has increased by 5% up to $3.62 trillion. However, the 24-hour trading volume dropped by 30% to $217 billion. The Fear and Greed Index is still at 80, signifying extreme greed in the market.

1. Aave (AAVE)

Aave a decentralized money market that allows users borrow and lend crypto without going to a centralized intermediary has emerged as the top crypto gainer today. The altcoin has surged by 30% in the past 24 hours elevating the price to $350. AAVE has surged by 40% and 85% on the weekly and monthly charts, respectively. Additionally, the market cap and trading volume have surged to $5.34 billion and $1.55 billion, respectively. 

Today Donald Trump’s World Liberty Financial fund invested $12 million into Ethereum, Aave and Chainlink. The fund bought 2,631 ETH at $3,801 and 3,357 AAVE at $297.8. Moreover, it also purchased 41,335 LINK at $24.19. It has spent $30 million USDC to buy 8,105 ETH at $3,701 over two weeks.

Additionally, spot-on chain data shows that Blockchain Capital deposited 16,964 AAVE worth $5.06 million to FalconX after two years. Between 2020 and 2023, the firm bought 233,256 AAVE at $82.9. The firm currently holds 216,292 AAVE tokens worth $66 million, making it the largest non-team hold of AAVE tokens. The massive AAVE transactions suggest that the altcoin remains a focal point for investors, making it one of the best cryptocurrencies to buy. 

2. Sui (SUI)

SUI has shown a remarkable journey today surging by 27% in the past 24 hours to achieve a new all-time high of $4.90. As of this writing, SUI is trading at $4.67 with a gain of 25% in the past week. Moreover, the market cap and trading volume have climbed to $14 billion and $3.70 billion following the current bullish environment.

SUI’s price rallied on Wednesday after the announcement of its integration with Backpack exchange and wallet. This partnership promises to boost user experience on both platforms, offering secure storage and seamless trading of digital assets

Currently, Backpack Exchange serves a global user base from over 150 countries trading with a trading volume of $60 billion since its inception. This integration will open up opportunities for project listings and integrations on Sui.

Additionally, the Sui ecosystem’s decentralized exchange recently surpassed a $35 billion trading volume, hitting a record $466 million in a single 24-hour period. It is a major milestone, reflecting increased interest and liquidity.

3. Chainlink (LINK)

Chainlink has broken above the $24 consolidation region after surging by 22% in the past 24 hours. As of this writing, LINK is trading at $27.9 recording 20% and 90% on the weekly and monthly charts, respectively. Its market cap is at $18 billion while the trading volume stands at $2.57 billion. 

Chainlink’s Cross Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) has been integrated by Coinbase as part of its Project Diamond platform. The collaboration enables better management of tokenized assets and better interoperability and compliance, especially in the Asia-Pacific region. The platform, called the Onchain Marketplace, is ADGM’s FSRA-regulated and resides within the ADGM Reglab sandbox aimed at institutional adoption of digital assets.

By supporting the lifecycle management of tokenized assets, this initiative enhances the utility and brings unity to liquidity for asset issuers and managers.
