The bullish momentum has pushed the weekly and monthly gains to 35% and 40%, respectively. Furthermore, the market cap and trading volume have climbed to $685 and 268 million, respectively.

Raydium introduced LaunchLab on April 16, which is a new product that will compete with Pumpfun. LaunchLab also focuses on adjustable bonding curves and does not charge migration fees, which is an alternative to Pumpfun that recently relocated its operations to DEX exchange, PumpSwap. The protocol utilizes Raydium’s liquidity pools, allowing creators to launch tokens at no cost and earn 10% of trading fees once the token graduates.

The launch follows PumpSwap’s recent success, which reached a daily trading volume for five consecutive days with $460 million traded on April 17. Since its March 22 debut, PumpSwap has processed $7.3 billion in trading volume. This strengthens Raydium’s position as a potential challenger to Pumpfun in the memecoin space.

2. FARTCOIN

The Solana-based memecoin, Fartcoin, is making headlines again today after a remarkable rally of over 200% on the monthly chart. As of this writing, FARTCOIN was trading at $0.9210, with a 10% surge in the past 24 hours. If the current momentum holds, the memecoin has developed strong support at the $0.80 region and could break the $1 mark.

HYPE has had a fairly impressive growth spurt recently, favoured by its CEX-type trading model.
