Sillytuna Speaks Out as Hackers Drain $24M From His Wallet

Sillytuna reacted to the hack incident through a series of tweets on X. He confirmed that $24 million in AUSD was stolen from his wallet, labelled 0x6fe……..60322. According to the victim, the theft was not limited to an online attack. He claimed that the attackers used physical threats, including weapons, kidnapping threats, and threats of sexual violence, to pressure him into forfeiting his assets. He noted that law enforcement agencies were contacted, and they are currently investigating the incident.

In one of his tweets, Sillytuna stated that the theft has shaken his trust in the crypto space. He added that he will be taking a break from crypto after the attack. Despite the physical attack and threats, Sillytuna confirmed that he is physically safe and thanked people who have shown support since the news broke out. He is also asking blockchain experts and security experts to help track and possibly recover the stolen funds.

Meanwhile, Sillytuna pledged to offer a 10% bounty to anyone, including individuals or platforms, who could help trace or recover the stolen funds. The victim also mentioned that wagyu.xyz may be involved in moving the stolen assets. “Been told wagyu.xyz is being used to move funds to Monero.
