Binance Wallet Expands Onchain Discovery with Three New AI Features

The World’s largest exchange by trading volume, Binance, has added three new Artificial Intelligence (AI) based tools to Binance Wallet (Web). The cryptocurrency announced the new features in a press release, published on January 22, 2025.

According to the publication, the tools are designed to help users identify trending tokens early, follow new crypto themes as they appear, and quickly get insights on any token, without leaving the wallet. The three new features include Social Hype, Topic Rush, and AI Assistant. Binance emphasized that these tools focus on making on-chain data easier to read and act on.

How Binance’s New Features Aim to Enhance Users’ Experience

Social Hype is designed to show the most talked-about cryptocurrencies within the crypto community. Located in the Markets section of Binance Wallet, it tracks tokens on BNB Smart Chain, Solana, and BASE, and ranks them by attention levels based on parameters such as social posts, views, mentions, and interactions across various platforms. 

Mindshare View is a section under Social Hype. It is a visual layout that shows how attention is spread across different tokens. Users can switch between short-term and long-term views, such as the last 24 hours, the past 7 days, or even the past 30 days. Another section is the Hype Rising List. It focuses only on tokens that are recording rapid growth in social activity over a short interval.

The second AI feature, Topic Rush, actively captures themes instead of just individual tokens. It pulls data from Meme Rush Activity and popular social posts to identify topics gaining significant attention. You can access this feature under Trenches, and it currently supports tokens on BNB Smart Chain and Solana.

The system sorts topics into three categories based on total inflows after release. Topics with less than $1,000 in inflows fall under ‘Early.’ Those with $1,000 to $20,000 inflows move into ‘Rising,’ while topics exceeding $20,000 inflows are labeled ‘Viral.’

Users to Benefit From Instant Token Overviews as Binance Wallet Expands Features

The third feature, AI Assistant, provides a concise summary of any token on BNB Smart Chain, Solana, or BASE. It combines several data points to come up with a unique summary. These include the token’s narrative, sentiments from posts on X, narrative score, and timeline of key events. Binance warned against using information provided by any of the three AI features as investment advice. 

The exchange stated:

“Social data signals, hype rankings, and topic classifications are informational only and should not be interpreted as investment advice or indicators of future performance.”

The rollout comes a few days after the crypto exchange transitioned to a new model under Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) regulatory framework, with three licensed entities. This new model presents a more transparent risk-managed structure regarding the trading platform’s global services. It also improved the exchange’s oversight and governance, with stronger protection for users.

Meanwhile, in related news, Crypto2Community reported that Binance listed Ripple’s dollar-backed stablecoin RLUSD on its trading platform on January 21. Binance confirmed the listing, noting that users can start depositing RLUSD ahead of trading. The exchange stated, “To celebrate the launch, Binance is introducing a zero fee promotion for the RLUSD/USDT and RLUSD/U trading pairs.”
